The Washington Leadership Conference provides FFA members the opportunity to learn how to become an engaged citizen who can make a measurable positive difference in their community.
"When I attended WLC everyone told me that it would be life changing and I had heard this from several people, but I really had no idea what they meant but when I left Washington D.C I knew exactly what they meant," says Kayley Cook, Skyline FFA Chapter member. Each day you learn a new meaning to leadership and everything you learn is so valuable and you can take it back to your community to make a difference. They help you make a plan so that your goal is achievable. My learning to serve plan was my favorite thing because I knew with that I was going to be able to make a difference in the lives of many in my community. This is one of the most impacting things FFA has done in my life that I've got to be apart of."
